Cortex, the single AI engine across Limnn, powers three parts of Learning: coaching for practice and feedback, skills for tracking capability, and generation for drafting content. Insight surfaces never run on their own; you type your request and choose Execute.
Coaching
- 1Open Learning > Coaching (/learning/coaching).
- 2Pick a scenario, for example a sales call or a difficult conversation.
- 3Practise in the conversation; Cortex responds in character.
- 4Review the feedback and score, then retry to improve.
Skills
- Courses declare the skills they teach.
- Completing modules and passing quizzes raises a learner's skill level.
- Managers see team skill coverage and gaps in Skills.
- Gaps can drive path recommendations.
AI content generation
- Draft lessons, summaries and quiz questions from a topic or source document.
- Always review and edit; you remain the author of record.
- Generation runs on Cortex, so your training content is never used to train AI models.
