The sales graph & Do-Not-Contact (advanced)

How leads, deals, tickets and chats connect, and how suppression is enforced across outreach.

7 min read

Limnn does not sync Sales and Support; they read the same tables. A Contact links to Deals, Tickets and WidgetConversations, so context is one click away. The Do-Not-Contact control center (Sales > Suppression) sits on top and is honoured by every outbound path.

The graph

  • Lead converts into Contact + Company + Deal.
  • Deal references contactId, companyId, stageId, pipelineId, ownerId, teamId.
  • Ticket references the same Contact and Company; a Company's SLA tier applies.
  • WidgetConversation references contactId and, when escalated, ticketId.
  • Quotes hang off Deals; commissions and forecasts read Deals.

Managing suppression

  1. 1Open Sales > Suppression.
  2. 2Add an email, domain or import a list with a reason (unsubscribed, complaint, customer request, competitor).
  3. 3Choose the scope: Do Not Contact blocks outreach; Do Not Email blocks email only.
  4. 4Confirm by attempting to enroll that address in a sequence; it should be skipped with the reason shown.
Unsubscribe links in cadence emails write to this list automatically. Removing an entry should be a documented, permissioned action.
Suppression applies to marketing-style outreach; it does not stop replying to an inbound support ticket from the same person.
