Meetings (/meetings) is your calendar inside Limnn. It has four tabs: Calendar (day, week and month), Meetings (a list of upcoming and past meetings), Scheduling pages and Availability.
Create a scheduling page
- 1Open Meetings > Scheduling pages and choose New scheduling page.
- 2Set the name, description, duration and where it happens: Limnn Video (the link is added automatically) or in person.
- 3Set minimum notice, how far ahead people can book, start-time intervals, a maximum number of bookings per day and buffers before and after.
- 4Choose who takes the meetings: just you, round-robin across a team, or a group where everyone joins (only times when all are free).
- 5Add booking questions (short answer, paragraph, dropdown or phone) and mark any as required.
- 6Write the message people see after booking, save, and share the public /book link or embed it on your website.
Availability
- Set working hours with more than one block per day, for example a morning and an afternoon block.
- Add date overrides for holidays or one-off changes.
What the guest gets
- The public booking page shows a month calendar, open times and your questions, with no sign-in needed.
- Confirmation, reschedule and cancellation emails each carry an .ics calendar invite, so the meeting lands in any calendar app, with the Limnn Video link included.
- Guests can add the meeting to their calendar straight from the confirmation page.
Managing meetings
Open a meeting from the calendar or list to reschedule, cancel, or mark it completed or a no-show. Use Schedule meeting to book time with someone directly; they receive the same invite email.
