Forms collect structured responses for internal requests, customer intake and surveys. Because they run on the platform, a submission can create or update records instead of sitting in a disconnected list.
Build a form
- 1In Workspace, choose New, then Form, and name it.
- 2Add fields such as short text, long text, choice, date and file upload.
- 3Mark essential fields as required and add validation where a format matters.
- 4Reorder fields and group them into logical sections.
- 5Preview the form as a respondent would see it before sharing.
Share it
- Internal: share with people, teams or the workspace so only signed-in members can respond.
- Public: publish a link so anyone can submit without an account.
Review and route responses
- Open the Responses view to see submissions individually or as a summary.
- Route submissions into the module that should act on them, such as a Lead, Ticket or task.
- Export responses when you need them outside Limnn.
Public forms accept input from anyone. Ask only for what you need, and avoid collecting sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and a plan for handling it.
