Limnn Workspace is a productivity suite built into the platform: Docs, Smart Sheets, Decks and Forms, all stored in Drive. Because they live on the same graph as your data, a document can reference real records instead of pasted copies.
The editors
- Docs: rich-text documents for proposals, specs, notes and meeting minutes.
- Smart Sheets: structured grids with formulas, suited to lightweight tracking and calculations.
- Decks: slide presentations with layouts and speaker notes.
- Forms: structured data collection, covered in its own article.
Create a file
- 1Open Workspace from the main navigation (/workspace).
- 2Choose New, then pick Doc, Sheet, Deck or Form. You can also create one inside a specific Drive folder.
- 3Name the file. It opens in its editor and is saved to Drive automatically.
- 4Use the Cortex assistant in the editor to draft, rewrite or restructure content.
Collaboration and sharing
- Share a file with a person, a team or the whole workspace, choosing a role such as viewer or editor.
- Create a share link with a role for people who follow a link.
- Sharing a folder shares what is inside it; permissions are the same model as the rest of Limnn.
- Revoke any share or link at any time from the share dialog.
Embedding live records
Files can embed live platform data, such as a pipeline table in a sheet or a customer summary in a doc, so the content updates as the underlying records change. Embedded data respects the viewer's permissions, so a person without access to a record sees a restricted placeholder rather than its contents.
