Limnn billing has two parts: a subscription (the modules you choose, per seat, on the Core, Pro or Enterprise tier) and a usage wallet of credits consumed by Cortex AI features. Workspace admins see the plan in Settings > Plan and the wallet in Settings > Billing & Credits.
Where things live
- /settings/plan - your current plan, trial status and usage limits.
- /settings/billing - the credit wallet: balance, recent ledger entries and top-ups.
- /settings/credits - credit governance: per-team budgets and usage.
Seats
Each active user of a paid module consumes a seat in that module. Deactivated users do not. The workspace owner counts as a seat and cannot be removed. Limnn Beam is free for up to 5 users per workspace; above that it is priced as shown on the Pricing page. To change seats or modules, email support@limnn.com.
The credit wallet
Cortex actions (chat, Analyst queries, LMS generation, agent runs) draw down credits. Paid seats add a monthly allowance of about 40 credits per $1 of seat price, pooled in one wallet for the workspace. The wallet is backed by a ledger: every top-up, grant and spend is a ledger entry, so the balance is always the sum of a transparent history rather than an opaque counter.

Invoices
Card payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, which emails your receipt or invoice after each charge. For a copy of an invoice or to update billing details such as company name and tax ID, email support@limnn.com.
