Reports at /reports is Limnn's BI section. Instead of exporting to a separate tool, you build dashboards and reports directly on the shared graph, so a metric can span Sales, Support, People and Finance in one view. Everything respects roles, team scope and field-level security.
What lives in /reports
- /reports - home with role-based dashboards for your role (rep, manager, executive).
- /reports/dashboards - saved dashboards made of tiles.
- /reports/new - the report builder.
- /reports/templates - starter dashboards and reports you can clone.
- /reports/folders - folders that organize content and carry access rules.
- /reports/drill - drill-through from an aggregate to the underlying records.
- /reports/analyst - Cortex Analyst for natural-language questions.
Building a report
- 1Go to /reports/new and choose the object to report on (for example Deals).
- 2Pick metrics (sum of amount, count, average cycle time) using the semantic metrics list so definitions match everyone else's.
- 3Add group-by dimensions (owner, stage, month) and filters (date range, pipeline, team).
- 4Choose a visualization: table, bar, line, funnel or number tile.
- 5Save into a folder so the right people can find it, then add it to a dashboard.
Dashboards
- 1Open /reports/dashboards and choose New dashboard.
- 2Add tiles from saved reports or build a tile inline.
- 3Set dashboard filters (date, team, owner) that apply across all tiles.
- 4Choose who can view or edit through the folder's access setting.
Drill-through
Click any bar, slice or number to open /reports/drill for the records behind it. Drill honors permissions, so a manager drilling into a team total sees only records they are allowed to open.
